Four different Irish Single Malts aged for a minimum of Twenty one years, this will show you the true potential of Irish Whiskey.

1.Tullamore D.E.W. 18 Year Old Single Malt. Triple-distilled single malt that imparts an unparraleled smooth yet complex flavour with a delightful combination of caramelised fruit, rich oak and baked apple notes.

2. Bushmills 21 Single Malt: The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills 21 year old single malt whiskey is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a final 2 years of maturation. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisin notes.

3. Dunvilles 21 Year Old Single Malt Palo Cortado: A fantastic offering from Dunvilles. A superb single malt that offers notes of warm spice, ginger, orange syrup and dates with undertones of fresh tobacco and warm winter spice. A great way to warm up!

4. The Whiskey Reserve 22 Year Old Single Malt: 

Reviving the lost tradition of Whiskey Bonding, where each Irish pub once bottled a unique whiskey blend, 'The Bonder's Collection' is tailored to the tastes of The Temple Bar Pub and Whiskey Reserve owner, who boasts a 50-year tenure amassing Ireland's largest whiskey collection.This inaugural release, a 22-year-old single malt whiskey aged in Bourbon barrels, celebrates the grand opening of The Whiskey Reserve. It represents a select offering from our warehouse-aged casks.With only 700 bottles available, Edition 1 is a prized and exclusive addition to any collection.
