Four different Irish Single Malts aged for a minimum of Twenty one years, this will show you the true potential of Irish Whiskey.

The Knappogue Castle 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey: is a marriage of two single malts distilled in copper pot stills and then matured in ex-bourbon casks – one for 23 years (put into barrel in 1994) and another for 21 years (put into barrel in 1996) before blending them together. This expression is bottled at 92 proof and is non-chill filtered.

2. Bushmills 21: The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills 21 year old single malt whiskey is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a final 2 years of maturation. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisin notes.

3. Fercullen 21: Taking inspiration from the atmospheric bodegas of the Andalusian region of Spain, the distillery team have combined the distinctive dark fruit sherried flavours of the region with the soft elegance of 21 year bourbon matured malt whiskey.

4. Dunvilles 21: A fantastic offering from Dunvilles. A superb single malt that offers notes of warm spice, ginger, orange syrup and dates with undertones of fresh tobacco and warm winter spice. A great way to warm up!
